Managing Under Performers

Running an organization having 180 employees is not an easy job, and managing them in terms of getting best and providing back to them for their benefit are something I don’t think business owner should leave entirely on HR Dept.

However, HR is asked to keep a hawk eye on the performance of an employee.

But what to do when come across with under performance?
